Volunteer Opportunties

A Family and Consumer Education Volunteer has an interest or passion for working with families, food, nutrition, parenting wellness and/or finances. A volunteer in any of these areas could see their time and efforts being utilized throughout the community in a variety of settings including, but not limited to, farmers markets, schools, community gardens, professional forums and a variety of community events. Volunteering for any of the Family and Consumer Programs includes a research based educational training opportunities for conducting demonstrations, public speaking, research and much more.
