Dutchess County Animal Response Program

Is your household prepared for a disaster? Have you made plans for your animals as well? The CCEDC Animal Response Program (DCARP) serves as an educational vector connecting trained volunteers with our governmental officials and the general public through formal presentations, working groups, community days and other public venues. This educational outreach program serves all animal owners (pets and livestock) of Dutchess County with the sole purpose of preparing for disasters and emergencies.
